At SKN MIMIX, we aim to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information where tracking is available.

Shipping within India

We currently ship orders to serviceable locations across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier availability, weather, and other circumstances.

As a general estimate, orders within India may take approximately [3–7 business days] to arrive after dispatch.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SKN MIMIX does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Shipping Address

SKN MIMIX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, building security, neighbors, or the delivery location specified in your order.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at sknmimix@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product before opening or as soon as possible after delivery and contact us.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to SKN MIMIX because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Where applicable, any refund for an undeliverable order may be processed after the returned package has been received and inspected, less any applicable shipping or other charges.
